We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disabilities, restrictions, or prohibitions that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using our Services.
You are permitted to hold only one account with akad4d. Creation of multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of outstanding bets, and potential forfeiture of funds. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to treat all such accounts as one joint account and consolidate balances or close all accounts at our discretion.

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred password. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
akad4d employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify user identities and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined until satisfactory verification is completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify akad4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until you report a security breach to us.
akad4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases involving:
Upon account closure, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and withdrawal requests cancelled. We reserve the right to withhold funds in cases of suspected fraud or breach of terms pending investigation.
akad4d accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Most deposits are processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution. akad4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
If a deposit fails or is reversed after funds have been credited to your account and used for wagering, akad4d reserves the right to void all bets placed using those funds, recover the amount from your account balance, and suspend your account pending resolution. You agree to reimburse akad4d for any chargebacks, reversals, or disputed transactions.
You may request withdrawals to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallet transfers. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-4 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification.
Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier status. We reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on withdrawal amounts or frequency in cases of suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or high-volume transactions requiring enhanced due diligence.
For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is no longer available, alternative withdrawal methods may be approved at our discretion following additional verification procedures.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months with remaining balances may be subject to administrative fees. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before imposing such fees. If an account remains inactive for 24 consecutive months, akad4d reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance after deducting administrative costs, subject to applicable Indonesian regulations.
From time to time, akad4d may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, or other incentives to users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses typically require wagering the bonus amount 15-25 times before withdrawal. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. akad4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other players, or any other activity deemed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended spirit.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be withdrawn.
All bets are subject to acceptance by akad4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected error, technical malfunction, or unusual betting patterns. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and binding.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or event organizer. For BRI Liga 1 and other Indonesian football matches, results are based on official league records. For international events like EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup, results are based on official governing body decisions. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of abandoned matches, game cancellations, or official result changes.
Live or in-play betting is subject to additional rules. Odds and markets change dynamically during events. Due to transmission delays, bets placed on outcomes that have already occurred may be voided. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection during live betting.
Asian handicap (voor bola) betting, mix parlay bets, over/under markets, and other special betting options are governed by specific rules published in our sports betting help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each bet type before placing wagers.
All casino games, slots, and live dealer games offered on akad4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and audited by recognized testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be manipulated by players or the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, software bug, or communication failure, akad4d reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund bets. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your akad4d account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
akad4d is not responsible for delays, failures, or disruptions in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
All content on the akad4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of akad4d or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of akad4d.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content on our platform without our express written permission. You may download material displayed on the platform for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of akad4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to arbitration.
